Takagiyoshin Ryu Kihon 高木楊心流 基本

Some points made during the kihon warm up for Takagi.
For Uke Nagasi " Make sure whichever side you move to that your front knee is pointed at the opponent.  One leg moves back and the other rises up naturally."
For Keri "The low kick is to suigetsu."
For Omote and Ura gyaku "In the end you should be in zagame, with one knee on the kyusho and the other on the ground."
For Ura gyaku  " Practice removing the hand using the two diffrerent techniques." (both thumbs on gokoku pushing away while dropping the hips, or one thumb on gokoku pushing away and the other ripping the dogi away)
