Jinenryu Nito Jyutsu: Kihon To Ho 自然流 二刀術 基本 刀法

"The last two kiri age in the Kihon To Ho should actually cross.  The reason is, if you stop your cut in the center (as with the other cuts) you won't be able to generate enough power to cut effectively.  As you strike the handle of the sword will rise up past the blade, causing only a shallow cut.  For this reason (for the last two kiri age)  cut hidari kiri age up past the center point , stop there and cut migi kiri age.  Your arms should end up crossed.  From there avoid pulling the swords back too much, but rather drop straight into tsuki."
"The handle of the sword should be against your forearm, bracing it for the cut up."
"The most important thing in the kihon to ho is using your hips to generate power, don't focus on your arms."  link
